Terms of Service

leadrack appreciates your use of our platform. These terms exist to keep the service running and to protect all parties involved, including the agents your team authorizes to use it on your behalf. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Terminology

References to “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” denote leadrack. “Services” encompasses leadrack.io, app.leadrack.io, the leadrack agent API, and all products maintained by leadrack.

We may update these terms periodically, typically to clarify provisions or reflect changes to our services. Updates are reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this document, and account holders will receive appropriate notification of material changes. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.

Account terms

1. You maintain responsibility for the security of your account, password, and any API keys you generate, ensuring all users within your team do likewise. leadrack bears no liability for losses resulting from security failures on your end, including a leaked or mishandled API key.
2. The Services may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations, including sending unsolicited or unlawful email through the built-in email feature.
3. You are accountable for all content added to your account — whether entered by a team member or by an agent acting under an API key you issued — and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Accounts must be registered by a human. Agents are welcome as operators of your account through the API, but the human who issued an API key remains responsible for what that key does.

Payment, refunds, and plan changes

1. Current pricing is published at leadrack.io/pricing. leadrack is billed per team, not per seat.
2. Every team starts on the free plan, which requires no credit card and does not expire. Paid plans do not include a trial period: they are billed from checkout, and plan changes are prorated.
3. Annual billing is charged upfront at a discount equivalent to two free months versus paying monthly.
4. All fees exclude applicable taxes and duties. Where required by law, we collect taxes on behalf of the relevant authorities.
5. If a paid plan doesn't work out within your first seven days of subscribing, contact hello@leadrack.io and we will refund that first payment. Other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation and termination

1. You are solely responsible for proper cancellation, which you can do at any time through Settings → Billing in the app. Email or social-media requests do not constitute cancellation.
2. Canceling before the end of your billing period allows continued access through the remainder of that period without additional charges, after which your team returns to the free plan and your data stays put.
3. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days. Recovery is not possible afterward. Export your data before deleting your account.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, and refuse service access for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violation of these terms or abusive agent behavior.
5. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse directed at people working on leadrack results in immediate account termination.

Modifications to services and prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Pricing changes may occur with 30 days' notice via email or announcement on our website.

Uptime, security, and privacy

1. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take uptime seriously, no service-level agreement is included.
2. We employ multiple protective measures — backups, redundancies, and encryption — to secure your data. All data in transit and at rest is encrypted.
3. Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

Your content and intellectual property

leadrack's software, design, and infrastructure remain our property. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the contacts, cards, or fields in your account, whether entered by your team or by an agent acting on its behalf.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, leadrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, including actions taken by an agent under an API key you issued.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered seat. Provider details are published in our Legal Notice.
