What's a run?
One agent going out once: it sweeps its sources, scores every candidate against your ideal customer profile, and lands the winners on your board with the reason and a link to the evidence. The Claude time that takes (scoring, web search, person lookup, email drafting) is included in the run, never billed on top. Two agents running daily is about 60 runs a month; when a tier's runs are used up, your agents pause until the month resets and everything they already found stays on the board.
What's the same on every tier

Billing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every team starts on the free plan: one agent, three runs a month, no card, no expiry. That's the trial, and it never expires; upgrade only when the fleet has earned it. A card is only asked for when you subscribe to a paid plan.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
No trial period, no trial-end surprise: subscribing bills immediately for the plan you picked. The free plan exists so you can watch the product work on your real pipeline before any money moves. And if a paid plan doesn't work out in your first week, email us and we'll refund it.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Any time, from Settings → Billing in the app, which opens a Stripe portal where you can move between plans, update the card, download invoices, or cancel. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe; cancelling floors the team to the free plan and your data stays put, with full export over CSV or the API.
What happens when the month's runs are used up?
The fleet pauses and says so in the run history. Nothing is deleted and nothing leaves the board; the fleet picks back up when the month resets or the moment you upgrade.
Is the AI usage billed on top?
No. Scoring, web search, person lookup, drafting: it's all in the plan. No credit packs, no overages.
Do you charge per seat or per lead?
Neither. One flat price per team: invite your whole company, store every lead you ever find. The meter is how hard the fleet works, counted in runs, because that's the only thing that actually costs anything.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal.
